One thing I would NOT put back
I intentionally left out the original:
“These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Items Reviews…”
We shouldn’t replace that with something made up like “laws of KitchenGoods.” If you want a Governing Law section, we’d need to specify the actual jurisdiction that governs your business.
I also think this version helps with the Google situation because it repeatedly makes the commercial relationship clear: KitchenGoods is an affiliate publisher, KitchenGoods doesn’t sell the products, the merchant handles the transaction, and third-party trademarks remain their owners’ property. That won’t guarantee Google’s policy review outcome, but it removes ambiguity about what the site represents.
